Balanced
Balance is the key to everything. What we do, think, say, eat, feel, they all require awareness and through this awareness, we can grow

A person must understand the importance of intellectual, physical, and emotional balance. A human has a limited amount of body parts to be able to handle a variety of activities at once. For that reason, people balance out their activities among their schedule by creating an agenda.
An agenda is a presentable source that interacts with balancing when each activity could be met. Before creating my agenda, I gather all of the calenders from each of the activities I am involved in such as Sponsor-A-Scholar, Aurora Health Care, National Honor Society, Ronald W Reagan and most importantly family events. Sponsor-A-Scholar is a scholarship program that helps minors be successful when confronting the reality of an adult in college. We meet every two weeks on Monday or Wednesday for 2 hours. In addition, I work at Aurora Health Care as a Certified Nursing Assistant for a total of 20 hours per week. With the National Honor Society Program, we meet every two weeks on a Wednesday morning for 30 minutes.
After I have gathered all the calender's from each activity, I look over the important events I am required to attend and write them down in my agenda. It is important to ask for an updated calendar each month to be aware of any event changes. In some cases, when I have more than one event to accomplish a day, I work things around and re-arrange it with my supervisor to set it up for another day.

As a high school student, the balance trait has helped me to be organized. When I did not have an agenda, I would fallow my daily life events in a random order and I would even forget about the important events of my activities, which brought a bad reputation and habit for me. For example, I missed three mandatory Sponsor-A-Scholar meetings, because I was not consisted of following up with my email and agenda. Up to this day, being balanced has helped me to be a successful student by being prepared and aware of my daily life.
